This policy applies to our website(s), Stripe checkout, email marketing (Kit/ConvertKit), analytics/ads tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel), and the Creator Roadmap course + community hosted on Circle.

Identity & contact: name, email, basic billing details

Account: Circle profile and login-related data

Purchases: order details and payment status (card data is handled by Stripe)

Communications: messages/support requests

Usage: IP address, device/browser data, pages/events, approximate location

Marketing: newsletter signups, email open/click data, ad attribution events
