These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Creator Roadmap program, website(s), and any related content, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2) The Services
Creator Roadmap is a digital education program delivered online, including:
an online course, workbooks and related digital materials, community access, delivered primarily via Circle (the “Platform”). We may update, change, replace, or remove parts of the Services at any time, including adding new modules, revising existing modules, or changing features and content.
3) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to purchase or use the Services. If you purchase on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
4) Account & Access
To access the Services you may need an account on the Platform. You are responsible for:
maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activity under your account, ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date.
Access duration: You will have access as long as Creator Roadmap exists. This does not mean access is guaranteed for your lifetime under all circumstances (see Section 12 “Termination / Suspension” and Section 13 “Service Changes / Discontinuation”).
5) Prices, Taxes, Payment
Currency: EUR. Checkout: Stripe
Pricing: displayed including VAT where applicable (unless clearly stated otherwise).
You agree to pay all fees shown at checkout. If you purchase as a business customer, you are responsible for providing correct invoicing/VAT information if required.
6) Digital Product Policy, No Refunds & EU Withdrawal Waiver
No refunds: Because the Services are digital content and provide immediate access, all sales are final and no refunds are offered, unless required by mandatory law.
EU/EEA/UK consumers – withdrawal right notice:
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA (and similarly under UK rules), you normally have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right can be lost once performance begins.
By completing your purchase and accessing the Services, you:
expressly consent to immediate performance after application (immediate access to digital content after application), and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access/performance begins.
7) License & Acceptable Use (Single-User License)
When you purchase Creator Roadmap, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, single-user license to access and use the Services for your own learning and to build your own business framework.
You may not:
share, resell, sublicense, distribute, publish, upload, or provide access to any part of the Services (including videos, workbooks, templates, files, downloads, community content), copy, reproduce, or create derivative products from our materials for commercial distribution, record or re-upload the course (or parts of it), use the Services in a way that competes with, replaces, or replicates Creator Roadmap (e.g., teaching the same curriculum with our assets).
Account sharing is strictly prohibited. If we detect account sharing or unauthorized distribution, we may terminate access immediately and pursue legal remedies.
8) Community Conduct
If the Services include community access, you agree to behave respectfully and not harm the experience of others.
You may not:
harass, threaten, discriminate, or post hateful content,
spam, solicit, or promote unrelated products/services without permission,
share private/confidential information of other members,
upload illegal content or content that infringes rights.
Enforcement: We may remove content and/or remove you from the community (and/or the Services) without refund if your behavior disrupts other members or degrades the user experience.
9) Intellectual Property
All content, materials, trademarks, branding, and assets provided through the Services are owned by Max Sautner or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other IP laws.
You do not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing access.
10) Educational Disclaimer / No Earnings Guarantee
Creator Roadmap is provided for educational purposes only. We share our methods, frameworks, and experiences, but:
we do not guarantee any results, income, revenue, audience growth, or business success,
results depend on many factors outside our control (effort, skill, market, timing, consistency, prior experience, etc.).
Any examples of earnings or results are illustrative and not promises.
11) Tax / Legal / Business Disclaimer
We are not providing legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for complying with all local laws, business registration requirements, and tax obligations. We recommend consulting a qualified professional (e.g., a tax advisor) in your jurisdiction.
12) Termination / Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access (without refund) if you:
violate these Terms,
share accounts or distribute content,
engage in community misconduct,
attempt to hack, interfere with, or misuse the Platform or Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time, but you will not receive a refund.
13) Service Changes / Discontinuation
We intend to keep Creator Roadmap available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, pause, or discontinue the Services, the Platform, or any part of the content at any time due to operational, technical, legal, or business reasons.
If the Platform (Circle) experiences outages or changes, we are not responsible for downtime beyond our reasonable control.
14) Third-Party Tools & Platforms
We use third-party providers to operate the Services (e.g., Circle, Stripe, email tools, analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, ConvertKit/Kit). Your use may also be subject to those third parties’ terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
15) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including mandatory consumer protection laws).
16) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights.
17) Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
18) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict of law rules.
If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country may still apply.

19) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
